Bosserman, a visionary leader who lost his vision in a hunting accident as a teenager, became the president of the Cambria County Association for the Blind and Handicapped. Mr. Bosserman's personal experience taught him the value of meaningful work and the importance of self-confidence, which he championed throughout his career. He transformed the association from a traditional charitable organization to one that was financially self-sufficient, driven by the production and sale of a wide range of CAB products. Starting with food service kits and sewn items, CAB eventually expanded into manufacturing high-visibility safety gear and more.
